Glen here, your tour director and humble servant since 1997.
I love cycling Thailand -- The Land of Smiles.
Where we're pedaling it is super flat.
It's beautiful.
The people are friendly.
The food is great.
When it's still nippy at home it's going to be warm and sunny.
We will be pedaling the gorgeous FLAT regions; not the super hilly areas. (I've done those mountainous regions, and while it can be lovely and rewarding, struggling up giant hills for hours on a sunny day is drastically overrated!)
What speed will we be pedaling? YOUR speed. (Whatever that may be, we have you covered!) Had enough for the day? Let us give you a lift -- that's what we're here for.
Top-quality rental bikes are available, or you can bring your own bike and we'll help you get it ready to roll.
Here's a ROUGH itinerary. (No doubt there will be little changes here and there, but this is pretty close!)
Day 1 & Day 2
March 12-13
Bangkok
Note: If your schedule allows we always recommend that you arrive a day or two early. That gives you plenty of time to shake off the jet lag or avoid any of the usual flight delays that can hit anyone anywhere. If you choose to arrive in Bangkok early you can stay at our lovely downtown hotel or make your own plans, as you prefer.
We'll explore Bangkok by van and foot to start our adventure. (Yes I've pedaled central Bangkok but it's like biking in NYC rush hour except more crowded and crazy...)

When we offer spectacular trips like this we often hear people say, "It looks amazing, but maybe not right now."
OK... when?
The hardest part of any adventure is making the decision to just GO.
Now is the time.
Don't miss a chance to experience something magical that will change your life forever.
See you in Thailand.
Questions? Comments? Always glad to hear from you -- just drop me a note.

We'll meet up with our bikes (either the rentals we provide or your own -- your choice) and stretch our legs a bit on Bangkok's no-car Skylane bike path. There are different lanes for different speeds so you pedal at the pace that's right for you. Please note that Skyland is not available for ebikes. Not to worry -- our wonderful ebike riders will head off on a different adventure this day!
Throughout the trip we'll be eating at great Thailand restaurants -- no tourist traps for us. Plenty of choices for vegetarians and meat eaters.
Day 3
March 14
Bangkok → Amphawa
The hardest part of any cycling adventure is pedaling into or out of a major city... and that's why we are not going to do it! We will transport your bike and you out of downtown Bangkok so we can start our pedaling adventure together in beautiful Amphawa:

Dinner at the Amphawa Floating Market

Day 4
March 15
Amphawa → Cha-Am
Cycle through salt farms and past colorful fishing villages along Thailand’s coastal plains. The ride is flat and scenic as we make our way to Cha-Am, a peaceful beach town where Thai locals escape the city on weekends.

Day 5
March 16
Cha-Am → Hua-Hin
Today’s ride begins inland on peaceful back roads surrounded by pineapple plantations and farms on the way to Hua-Hin beach resort.

Day 6
March 17
Rest Day -- Hua-Hin
Let's take a day off! No pedaling today -- we'll spend an extra day at the beautiful beach resort town of Hua-Hin.
There's hiking, local temples, caves, elephant watching, great markerts, or just relax on the beach. If you wish we'll be there to help coordinate activities on this day off.

Day 7
March 18
Hua-Hin → Sam Roi Yot National Park
Start the day cycling on a scenic route through the Pranburi Forest Park, passing mangrove forests and the coast.
Continue through fishing villages and Dolphin Bay to enter the magnificent Sam Roi Yot National Park, known for its 300+ limestone peaks and hidden caves.
Tonight’s hotel is tucked right on the beach inside the park.

Day 8
March 19
Sam Roi Yot National Park → Prachuap Khiri Khan
Cycle through a mix of beaches, forests, and quiet countryside.
We visit a temple nestled against a lush mountain before entering the rarely visited military base coastal route — a
serene stretch along the sea open to cyclists. End in the charming town of Prachuap Khiri Khan, known for its bays and friendly pace.

Day 9
March 20
Prachuap → Ban Krut
Today’s highlight is the lush pineapple fields and village life along the way to Ban Krut.
We’ll stop at the stunning Wat Tang Sai Temple with panoramic views over the Gulf of
Thailand.
Arrive in Ban Krut, a quiet beach escape far from the crowds, and relax at your beachfront resort.

Day 10
March 21 & March 22
Ban Krut → Bangkok
Alas, it's time to head back to Bangkok. We'll drive back to the hotel where we started in Bangkok and spend the night. In the morning you can transfer to the airport, or stay extra nights if you wish.
